As an installation product, returns due to personal change of mind (color, price change, etc.) after installing the product are absolutely not possible.
Exchanges and returns are possible in case of a serious defect (damage, non-functionality, etc.) of the product. (However, within 7 days of installation)
In case of damage or loss of parts due to customer negligence, returns are not possible.
Due to the nature of the product to be installed, unless the product is defective that requires major repair, exchange or return is not possible if the product has been used or there are signs of use.
In case of exchange due to customer's change of mind, the customer must bear the round-trip logistics cost. Logistics costs are applied differently depending on the region, so please inquire at the head office.
If you cancel after the product has departed from the warehouse, you must pay the logistics cost of 10,000 won, and when you cancel after arriving at the destination (one-way applied) or after storage (round-trip), you must pay the logistics cost of 10,000 won (one-way). (However, it cannot be canceled after installation)
